Default injector duty cycle-scangauge

does the reading on the interceptor refer to how much of the injector you are using,

The larger the duty cycle , the longer the injector stays open . The more fuel is delivered . You can push the injectors too far , they tend to not respond correctly .
At this point , I must state that what the scan gauge is displaying is not true duty cycle , it is usually higher than the true duty cycle seen at the injectors . The data displayed on the gauge is taken from the ECU , & it seems there are further calculations that occur after the point the data is pulled for this displayed parameter . Some people have seen values well above 100% . which is simply not possible . So while this is not a true reflection of duty cycle at the injector , it is a indicator as to what is going on inside the ECU , for what that is worth .
