Ok this winter I'm goin to run e85 for next spring. I'm goin with walboro 255, Rewire kit, and pnp 750 injectors and AEM wide band with a tune form Pt-performance. Should I add anything or am I good?

Thanks

Nah, my return line is installed and it acts exactly like the stock one. You can just set the fuel pressure to 58psi and not hook up the rising rate. So your fuel pressure WON'T rise with every 1lb of boost. Kind of defeats the purpose, but I didn't need the extra fuel and couldn't pass up the deal.

I believe Nacho did a straight E85 build on stock turbo, using 1000CC injectors or something. Either way, 31xhp is about where it's going to end with stock turbo. You'd need to upgrade to an E1/SST/Shocker/Upgraded Stocker to see HP gains past that.

Default More Information on switching your SRT-4 to E85

TADA!

I did use Injector Dynamics 1000CC's NO RETURN and a 255 with a pimp ass rewire done by Modified By KC (www.mkcperformance.com).

I tuned with an AEM EMS.

I did nothing to the intake or exhaust excepting an AGP DFIC, AGP 3 inch CAI and AGP Hardpipes with the HKS SSQV. That was the extent of my bolt ons for the intake.

I have an MPx 3" TBE Single exit, and used the MPx 3" O2 housing, both are top quality parts.

With this set-up @ 30ish PSI I was *spiking* 308/397. With port work a Throttle body, and some cam gears I could have seen 320-330 tops. More likely 315-320. With 420-440 Ftlbs.

On the above set-up I had no issues maintaing top of my run group staus at the road course. I picked up so much off the corners, but had to manage RPM range very tightly.

E85 around here is 1.71/gal to 2.31/gal within a 75 mile radius of my home. I have access to 4 E85 stations within 20 mins of my home. 15 or so within 75 miles. I was using Sunoco 110 - @ 8.51/Gal Available 2 places within 75 miles.

yeah, no brainer for my switch.

I went a little wild with my set-up and took lots of pics. MKC Presents NachO_SRT Oh yeah, my new Daily driver is a sub page (2009 STi)

I'm working on refitting the car for some Time Attack tries next year, looking to get at least some competitive track time under my belt. This winter: New Engine, New brakes, First SRT to use Pro-EFI?...We'll see.

Anyhow, good luck on the E85 switch, and as with anyone on this site, if I can answer your question, I'll try, just drop me a PM.

The closest station to me is 42mi's away, so I've been switching back and forth from E85 and 93. Whenever they finally bring a station closer I'll run it all the time.

On average about $.50 cents cheaper than 93

Right now it's $1.89 and 93 is $2.55

I'd like to run E85 but I don't think I have enough fuel for it. Stage 2 injectors with a 255 and return line. I could probably run a 50/50...but mehh...
