Default fueling a stage 3 delta 48lb

Im using a s2 injectors at 15 psi and they are maxed out. Im going to turn the boost up to 20-24 psi and wont to now if 650 will be good for now until i get the return line. dont have a tuning device.

Ive got 650cc and returnline on my 48lb S3D and Im running 23psi and Im pulling 21% at WOT with my dtec.

My Fuel pressure is set to 50psi and seeing boost, so 73psi at WOT.

Plenty of fuel.

i have a wideband and dual scan gauge and its 11.5 but the injectors duty cycle is 90%

im looking to do the same step up. but my question is do i need a FPR mod or the fuel pump wire mod?
