Pull the line from your rail and have someone turn the car on. The pump will prime and it should spit out gas.
If you know how to bypass the fuel pump relay, you can see if the flow is constant. I tried looking in the how-to but could not locate one for the bypass.
When looking at the fuse box from the drivers side fender.
1. with the key in the on position
2. remove fuel pump relay
3. jumper lower left and upper right terminals where the fuel pump relay would be.
4. watch fuel come out your hose!
