Any problems, specially with E85? Figured I'd piece together my own kit since there are so many write ups. A penny saved is a penny earned...

My buddy runs E98 in his Supra with these fuel lines, no issues.

Pulled all my lines. Nothing really noticeable. Except my tank.

I'm email summit to see I the can get me a new tank or my money back. (Doubt it tho)

I guess e made it "rust!"

My filter on the pump was super clean. So got to be the supply line. That a piece broke off on it.

Ill prob reassemble it all and try again.

Do you think this is the reason my fuel is blk?

Should I get a plastic tank?

I'm setting up a test tomorrow. Gonna set my whole system up on the ground and let the pump run for an hr or 2 to see if I can recreate the issue.

You can get a coated metal tank or get yours coated. You should not put alcohol based fuels in bare metal tanks. This is why all modern cars are using plastic, because of the ethanol that is getting put into gas and weight issues.
