Default which fuel lines to use with e85

as some of you may know im having issues with my fuel lines breaking down. i would like some good debate on what worked for you guys and what the "smart ones" agree are the best.....
(as i know some of yall be running e85 way longer than me)
ive been on e85 off and on for 1 to 1.5 year(s) and on is solid for about a year with a few pump gas tanks every once in a while.. i got realtune returnline kit(not pointing any fingers at them i will pm them to see what kinda ss hose they use) this is what i used Summit Racing® Stainless Steel Hose SUM-230620Hose Material:Rubber, states that is rated for e85.

here are a few shots of my fuel system.....
(note i havent had a single issue fuel wise until now.... fuel lines are tapped with blk electrical tape.)

well.... i had some recent problems with my car and this is what i found. a piece of rubber blocking the flow of injector #1 did harm the injector to my knowledge. but did cause it not to flow as well.. then my fuel is doing this(see pic below)...... i run a Summit Racing® Aluminum Fuel Cells SUM-291210 i have a ethonal tester. and every test have been over e85 that i have tested . i havent checked the winter blend, but last winter it was e77 as we tested it at cobb tuning when my brother got tuned on E..... i dont not have any lines that are submerged in fuel. my pump is a boush 044.....
so after this year to year and a half this is what i got... this was not gradual, it was all of a sudden, since i can see in my tank i always looked at it before i fueled and NEVER seen this......

Left :
Brand new E85
Middle :
I drained the tank and blew out all the lines return and feed added 3 gallons in tank then after 20 mins of idle and 2 stepping some
Right :
How I found it in the tank! one of the reason my car ran horrible I guess.

im not looking to spend 300 dollars on a return and feed line which Racerxvsspeedracer just did, i want something what will last. i already have all the fitting for -6an fuel which i have plenty of fuel for my set up...

i do plan on going bigger one day, ill get a boomba rail with an -8an feed with twin 044 pumps....

so since plain rubber isnt a good option, what is??? PTFE?? or Nitrile rubber??

below i have listed a few other options.....

tunerlover said i should go with #2(not that im not taking his word), looks like a good option but i wanted to discuss with the rest of the forums also wanted yall to see my finding and see if any of you have come across this...

#1 Summit Racing® PTFE Hose SUM-220985
^^Hose Material:PTFE

#2 Summit Racing® Braided Nylon Hose SUM-240620B
^^Hose Material:Nitrile rubber

#3 Fragola Performance Systems Series 6000 P.T.F.E.-Lined Stainless Hose 602006
^^Hose Material:PTFE

I went with this

siliconeintakes.com PTFE braided SS lines

Which is the same as 1 and 3

What I think my issue was.

you know what ill just say what i think it is....

orginally i plastie dipped the out side of my tank, NO i didnt paint the inside.....

but i never had any problem till i peeled all the plastie dip off,,,, get my drift.

me and my son peeled it off, he's 8, i have samples of the fuel sitting in my garage and the black stuff falls to the bottom.

so im thinking some got in the tank, i thought i cleaned it out. but maybe a piece got stuck to the inside top wall of the tank.

that is the only thing that can explain the black of the fuel. on both set ups..

i really dont know. for lesson learned NO MORE PLASTIE DIP for me... reason i did plastie dip it was i didnt know if i wanted to keep it black... FYI e85 eats plastie dip....

so, we will see.. mistake costed... no use crying over it... i seen worse....

I am using the Summit rubber hose. Black Nylon, not S/S.

Option 2. That's what my system uses and what we use on aircraft fuel tanks, hydraulics and any other seal that comes in contact with corrosives.

Good question, informative responses and appreciation from the OP. That's how the forums should work.

But dealing with schmucks like this guy makes the forums that much crappier!
Stopping on a dime?

Exactly. I try to help, but sometimes people make it hard to give a rats behind.
