Did you take the valve out of the 03 rail? Kind of a stupid question, but I've seen it done before so I figured I'd ask. Some gauges are different, some read 100psi, 140psi, there's tons of diffrent ones out there. You'll definitey need to find one thats going to read higher than 60 though as you'll go above that from time to time when tuning your fuel and whatnot.

Ok...inside the schrader valve looks just like a valve stem on a tire. You push the little button/pin and it relieves the pressure so you can pull your fuel rail off/remove injectors/etc. It comes out just like a schrader valve on a tire does. You'll need to get either a really small straightblade screwdriver and unscrew it from one side, or go pick up one of those little schrader valve remover tools. It's the one on the small screwdrivers that have the metal cylinder on the end with a notch in it. Run by a tire shop and they might even have a spare floating around they could give you or you can probably buy those things for pennies on the dollar.

That valve has to come out in order for fuel to flow through it.

If you are using a rising rate setup (meaning your fuel pressure rises when your boost rises) then you will surely go past 60 psi. If you're not looking to go any higher than 60 then you SHOULD be alright with that gauge.
