thank you for posting.. you were useing STD and 1.02 correction is that right.
Oh yea...hey looks like it. Reading > me.
Edit: Just read you're sans map clamp on that run. Like most of them probably said, there be your problem.
Fuel pump could be it too...the shop that did mine, instead of putting in the regular with the piece of metal blocking it so pressure is adjustable, didn't touch it. I found this out only months after having to have the E-01 and emanage completely rewired.

okay so you think it could be that thay maybe never put in the alum piece on the stock regulator i will have to check this out.. this week i will drop the tank does anyone know the number of stock pump.. snd the walbor 255 pump..
ok... first there is not enough octane for 27psi (95 octane)..
Second (after running atleast 104 octane) you need to be pulling atleast -25% on the safc from 3500 to redline for 27psi.. remember this is a 3 bar map. The stock pcm maxs out the pulse width at 89% at 18psi. It pulls lots of timing to try and reduce boost over 18 psi. You will have the same fuel being put into the engine at -10/-15/-20 and -25% at 27psi.. With the rising rate regulator set at 50psi vac line off you will have 70 psi at 20psi boost and 77psi at 27psi boost.
Rules:
Pcm must not see more than 18psi.. set the boost to 18 psi get a map input voltage reading on the sensor screen of the safc. Then turn the boost up and the % down so that the safc map output is never above that original 18 psi number.
Never run more than 22-23psi on 93 octane on a stock pcm .. you can but you will see spark retard due to knock.. whenever you see dips in the power band it is usally due to knock induced spark retard. when you see rapid dips and spikes thats detonation.
Always run enough octane plus 2 points..
buy a scan tool to montior knock.
Nemo
okay guys found the problem with the help of nemo over the phone.. i have a tune and my fuel persure problem fixed.. i am hitting 27 psi with this tune and in 4th gear i get massaive amount of tq steer.. this car is will over 400 hp butt dyno.. i can't beleive i did a dyno run on the phone..i know i just picked up another 70 to 100 hp.. yep believe it guys dyno over the phone.. NEMO kicks ASS... and the 50 trim is now flying and i can't stress enough AGP 50trim rock.. thanks to all the guys that helped me on this.. thanks and hope yall's car is doing as will as mine is now.. oo 2 more words.. whats the wide band telling you just want to make sure your not lean now
thanks for the updates
fuel persure gauge was broken.. when i took it off it was reading 10 psi.. when it should be 0.. replace it with a new one.. and readjust tune per nemo specs.. and now 11.8 at redline.. the car is will over 450hp i know it.. settings as it stands right now..

nice work that blows about the FP gauge something so simple making so many problems
Glad to hear you found the problem. It really is hard to find when you think everything's right. I had this happen to me with several different things after I had the E-01 installed. Took over six months to fix.
thanks again and srt4 forums is the shit.. i can't beleive i got as much help as i did and everyone was so damn smart.. youll perity much knew it was somthing with the fuel.. youll pointed me in the right direction.. keep up the good work guys.. hope this post helps others out there..
Awesome Mike!! I cant wait to get my car going!! Sweet!!!!
steve i think we should turn the fuel pressure up on yours too and just take out more fuel up top with the SAFC. maybe that's been the problem with your sputtering and misfiring. i think your PCM is pulling tons of timing while at the same time your dumping loads of fuel in there! next time you dyno, try it!
BTW Dognutz, thanks for everything you're doing here, it may also be the reason i've had disappointing numbers with my 50 trim turbo kit.
