Default Car problems

Alright my car is losing power at low rpms like ill step on the gas and nothing is happenin then ill put the pedal to the floor and it will temp fix itself and its bogging down and wanting to stall itself in neutral, i feel like the car is not getting enough gas any ideas what the problem is and how i can go about fixing it?
