hey nacho I just got the pump, what size fitting is on the outlet side, I ordered a -6 fitting from jay racing but I think thats for the inlet side

Inlet is M18 x 1.5mm female, outlet is M12 x 1.5mm female. Positive terminal is M6 stud, ground terminal is M5 stud. We try to include the hardware for these (nuts and lock washers) when we can since Bosch decided not to do so.

I used Fuel safe Wire. My neighbor is a Wire guy. Works for a cable company. I got 2 spools of Fuel safe wire that is used in Generators and heavy equipment. I'll get the specs for it later today and post them.

anyone know where to get or what they are called??, the wire tips for the harness

also what gauge wire would be best 10/12 ??

i think he is talking about the pins that you can crimp down and insert the pins into the fuel pump harness/clip so all you have to do is run the wiring from the pump and remove the two old smaller wires from the fuel pump canister and insert new larger wire into the clip.

yea, I was really hopping I wouldn't have to reuse the stock pins but its looking next to impossible to find new ones. if I'm careful and use some good solder & shrink wrap they will probably hold up

for the top fittings go to OSH.
