Hi guys. I'm new here so bear with me. My stepson has a 2000 Neon SRT4 with some type of turbo and boost control. I don't know all the tech specs about the car since it's not mine, but if you need them I'll get them. Anyway, yesterday he said it bogs out when the engine is higher the 3k rpm. He can still get highway speeds and below 3k is ok, it's just higher than 3K. Where do we begin to look?

i would suggest checking spark plug gaps, btw the srt-4 was only made from 2003-2005... check the plugs, also look for boost (vacuum leaks)
Thanks BB, I'll tell him that. Like I said, I don't know all the tech specs and he's standing over my shoulder telling me "No, it's a 2003. Guys are probably laughing at you right now".
First off, when did this start? If it just started happening, check for boost/vacuum leaks. If it has been on going then I would say like the previous poster, check your spark plug gap. Should be around .035 - .038. If it is wider than that your boost from the turbo will blow the spark out. Let us know and we can help you further.

Lucky, you got the 2000 limited edition . I would also chime in on cam position sensor but remembered mine not reving over 2500 or something low, don't remember, feels like you hit the rev limiter. Also does it takes a few times to crank? If it starts right up I doubt its the CP sensor, probably like mentioned, check wires/gap.
Do you have a fuel controller on your car? What one?
I had the same problem a few months back, it was the SAFC some how it went from reading pressure to Kerman or what ever it is. Switched it back problem was solved.
