Default bank 1 system rich?

thats the code I'm getting. Not sure whats causing it any ideas? I just put the motor in. I have stage 3 fuel system with flashed b&g pcm and stock sensors could the pcm be causing the code being that its not a stage 3 pcm like the rail and such?

what r ur AFR's at idle, cruising, WOT? u throwing code at idle, light throttle, WOT?
did they flash it for ur mods?
if they only flash it for those things listed on top and not for ur mods (stage 3 fuel system with walboro 255) The PCM might not be able to pull enough fuel if u running stock fuel pressure (didnt see a FPR listed there)..

if u have LM-1 wideband u can data log.. drive around and data log.. see if u r running rich..
is car popping? u hear pops at exhaust.. if it is running rich u should hear pops even at idle if its rich enough to throw code.. check engine light will flash everytime code is thrown so u should see it flash at idle if its too rich..
with all those mods honestly u need to tune it.. if u dont want piggy back..
u can get SCT tuner from AGP programmed for ur car or u can drive up to connecticut to Jannet racing and they can tune it with SCT on their dyno..

well im about 30mins north of u at Fort dixs..

I haven't driven the car yet. The air fuel at idle are normal from about 14.2 to 15.5 because of the cams. When I rev the engine it gets into like the 11's and then throws the code. As far as the pcm its just a generic flash.
