Default bad fpr or pump?

so lately ive been having a lot of hard starts and i was wondering if my aeromotive fpr went bad or is it my fuel pump? when i turn the key to the ON position and wait a couple of seconds before i crank it, it'll start right up. but when i check the fuel pressure after i turn off the car its at 0. so whats the problem?

if you have a stock fpr/filter in the canister take it out and check the O-rings and plan on doing a bottleneck fix to eliminate the problem

the bottleneck fix connects the return line to the pump right?

Nope. The return line either feeds back into your filler neck or the fuel canister. Do what nutz said. Pull the stock fpr and see if the black or ring is missing or seeded wrong.
