Default 93 getting harder and harder to find in your area too?

In the past few months 2 of the big name gas station chains have stopped offering 93 octane fuel in my area (Central Wisconsin) which is mostly farming country and smaller towns of 30k or less No emissions testing in the area of the state or anything.

Just wondering if anyone has heard anything or noticed similar situation in their area.

That happened here in oklahoma back after hurricane katrina hit cuz all the fuel plants concentrated on making only 87octane to help with relief effort. Afterwards they stated that it just wasn't worth their time to produce it due to smaller demand and the majority of the stations preferred sellin 87, 89, and 91. One shell station near my home started carrying 93 again just recently but they want 3.89 a gallon for it vs. 2.39 gallon i pay for 91 octane..... screw that, 91 works just fine here.

I hope that doesn't happen here. I'm all about pump gas power now and lack of 93 would really screw that up for me.
