To be fair to all customers, it will be a first come first serve, so whom ever pays first, they will get their lights first. If the GB didn't happen to work out, all paid customers would have their transactions fully refunded.

After saying all of that, please start sending payments as soon as the list has exceeded the minimum number of required buyers.
