Need valves.... which ones do i use?

I have crane springs and retainers and am upgrading the valves but ferrea states i can not use thiers.... can someone tell me what valves i can use with the 3 groove setup...

you can get valves from SI in a +1 +1 stainless steel with 3-grooves, for about $212 for a full set.

well guys thanks for the info.... when it comes to valves i dont know much... i will be going one mil over stock... and i can get bc valves through my dealer
