I'm about as direct as it gets without actually speaking to the owners. I'm at the shop almost everyday. I take orders for them and I take care of customers when I can

I had their motor mount kit no problems.

I was looking @ their tb it's 70mm my question is can the stock im be ported to 70mm to match the tb? Why don't they offer a ported 70mm im to go with the tb can you ask them thank you.

sean, to my understanding, the intake mani can be max ported to 69mm before the walls are too thin and concave..

mine is ported to 69mm

i run the boomba w/ the stock (2.5in.) pipe adapter.

if i could do it over again, i would. this TB is the shit.

So with it ported to 69mm it's still safe (safe meaning not going to break still strong as stock was) And who did your port work thank you Mike.

yea. from what i know, if you go any bigger, you have the potential for the throat to break and wear thin.

reed ported my intake. he took a shitload of material out and went pretty far deep into it. it had no lip after it was done.

its running on stock size cold pipe, but i want to put the 70mm TB piece (there is a 55mm adapter for the stock size pipes) along w/ a 3" coldside to match it so it gets used to its full potential.

def. worth the money. the response was crazy as shit going from my ported stocker to the 70.

and no problem.

Sorry for disappearing for a while. I should be seeing the gears this week or early next as long as things stay on schedule.

As for the throttle body/Intake manifold question...Boomba used to do somehing with the manifolds but from what I know it was too much of a pain for them to get it into the machines and setup. I think I can still get it done but I'd have to check. And like it was stated, the intake manifold has no lip at al if you port it out match the throttle body. It's nice for the airflow

I've always wanted to try Boomba parts but have always been turned off by other peoples' claims that they never respond to support or tech problems. Their parts look amazing, though.

if they make them flat like the AEMs but with less openings, they wouldnt crack/fail like the fidanza's. the reason the fidanza's fail is due to the machining they do which leaves a sharp edge/corner which is where they all crack at.

I thought you were going to talk them into rocking the 3-bolt like the AEM's.
