OK, im going to buy some cams. I am looking at the BC stage 2 264/264. Any experience with them?

I also was reading up on 2.0L cams from a non-turbo neon. Do these work? Anyone got specs on the 2.0L cams?

specs for 2.0's are all over.

ill break it like this.

duration is same as stock.
intake lift is marginally better...not worth it
exh lift is decently better.

50$ and 6-8hr of your time for cams that are less than mediocre for this car.

I was in the same exact boat you are bud...couldn't decide wether or not I wanted to just throw some 2.0s in there for a little extra power or go all out with some S2s. I ended up getting a set of S2s with gears for 400 bucks...pretty much made up my mind right there. All things considered, if I would have had to pay full price for the S2s and gears, I most likely would not have gotten them.

Crane 14's are a good universal cams. Just my input tho.

2.0L cams are a waste

bc stage 2> 2.0L cams
