Default Which cams w/ Delta 44

Hey guys im looking to get some cams over the winter for my car. I just installed a delta 44 on my car which is already broken in but not tuned yet to its fullest potential...I'm not sure exactly what would work best with my setup. I have most bolt on's there need to be with a stock head and block (no port work of any kind with the intake manifold/TB either)....

I was also told that the stock cam gears would work fine with bigger cams, but im just wondering if someone could help me out....the more info i can get the better that would be... and what else really NEEDS to be replaced or what should be in the head...i will do the install most likely myself but will get the timing done at pwerks.... pwerks told me bc stage 3's would work best in their opinion and another guy said crane 18's........???

wow, you wanna put some giant cams in. if any get one of the smallest cams or you'll kill your power (stock is probibly perfect) and you are correct cam gears are only needed if the head has been milled but some still insist on "tuneing" cams (thats a honda Vtek rice thing) tuneing should only be done to get them perfectly zeroed...spend money elsewhere

only very large turbos like big cams, small turbos (under 60#) will do well with stock or mild/medium. in your case the stockers or 1 step up would be perfect

yeah after the tune im going for the 2step along with some slicks....possibly traction bars and i should be ready for the track.....currently im not planning on building the motor but will consider it in the future along with the trans(right now just have an upgraded clutch, shift fork, shif selector and TOB release fork).....

If you want to do cams the brian crower stage 2's will be the best for you. These cams will also keep and improve your low end and midrange power. I also recommend on doing springs with them as well.
