Default WHicH cams with Ported head????....????..?

im in the process of getting my head ported.. what cams do you guys think i should use.. bc stage2, stage 3, crane 14, or crower 2s?? along with matching springs and retainers... is it that important to get aftermarket intake and exhaust valves?? or would stock be fine??

im using a agp 60 trim with 750cc injectors, fidenza gears, dtec fcbc to tune and all the supporting mods.. stock block

just not sure which is the best way to be able to still use it on the street and enjoy driving it.. looking for maybe 450whp area

.370 max lift on intake

.290 max lift on the exhaust

I want a 2.0 dohc intake cam
and a .285 lift exhaust custom cam.

Why, because I'm crazy, and with a 6500rpm limit, that's the most lift to street ability, vs port runner volume. Trust me!!! I used a hydroponic math equation to figure it all out.

where do you get this best ever shit?

It's a .020 over piston, stock stroke

don't be pissed at me, because I decided to build a engine. Just like I decided to spray nitrous, on HOM because I have a different vision then yours, no need to diss.

All I will say, is the next video I post will do all the talking. It's going to be a monster. I didn't just do a bore & hone, there plenty of other goodies going into this project.

nothing that no1 else has ever done before.

you keep talking about your "2.5L" as if its a 1-off. big woop. any1 can do so via buying a standard overbore kit through these vendors.

goodluck anyways.

Yep stil have stock rev 62-6300... starting to lean towards the crane 16s now.. Hmm

So would bc stge 3s give me more top end only if I was rev @ 7k?

I'm planning to do ems laterr on so I was told that with crane 16s the could still work for higher rev down the road like when I decided to upgrade to ems

Are crane 16s equivalent to bc stage 2s?
Or slight bit bigger?

if your using the stock valves i would go with 14's /16's if your realy gona push it , just remember the more cam= the more low end torque you sacrifice
