The BC stage 2's will be plenty for your combination. I do also recommend on doing valve springs with them as you don't want to run the chance of the stock springs going south.

intake manifold i assume? how are you liking it? im thinking about purchasing, but not sure if i should

what about cams for an E3 47lb setup?

i have a stock head here at home,just need to send it off to get built and P&P work
