Default Which cams?

First off I'll start by saying that I don't know much about internals at all. I'm in the process of building a head for my new turbo setup. I'm buying an extra head that I'm going to have ported and polished, and I figured before I put it in the car I will change out the cams, valves, springs etc... So I'm trying to figure out what cams I want to put in. I'm shooting for 400-450 hp with my new setup. I'm doing a twin stock turbo setup. My biggest fear with this setup will be horrid spool time. Dcr claims that theirs spools like a stage 3 turbo, so if mine spools like that I will be ok, but I don't know if it will or not. So I'm doing everything I can to cut the spool time down. What cams will help me spool the turbos faster?

Crower stage 2s with valve springs and retainers have worked for me and made over 500 on pump gas...

Thanks for replying. I was actually about to bump this up.

So the Crower Stage 2's, and the 2.0l 18's will help spool my turbo's faster? That is my main concern. I think I read somewhere that putting crower 16's on the exhaust side, and 14's on the intake side would work good to. Would using 2 differant cams be a good idea? Sorry if any of this makes me sound like a total tool. Just trying to get info.

You must have the only set in existence then.

To the OP:
I haven't really seen any cams spool the turbo quicker than the stock cams.

Meant to say stage 2. Ironically I was looking at Crane cams at the time I was making that post

But yeah, Crower State 2 turbo grinds for the 2.0l.
