Apparently the Fidanzas have two slots for the nipple on the end of the cams so you can mount the gears so the nipple is up top with the 0 degree mark on the gears or you can do it 180 degrees the other way so that the nipple is down then the 0 degree mark is at TDC. Which way is it supposed to go? I got a bad feeling the nipple is down at TDC after looking at the stock cam gears again.
That's so it can fit on any cam. The end of your cams, have dowel pins. When disassembling the engine, on mine, both sat at the bottom, when ATDC. Other cams, the dowel pin might point up, instead of down. Hence the reason why they have the slots. Either way, if the dowel pin sits up or down, ATDC, these cams will allow you to get the proper timing markings lined up correctly. They fit both, you dig?

Yeah. So how can I know which way is TDC? These are Crane 16 cams and I think they are the same as the factory cams. The factory ones have the pins downwards at TDC don't they?
UH put the cam holes UP and the gears UP(unless you want them upside down for some reason) and crank at TDC, its not hard
I'm not asking how to set the timing. I'm asking which way the gears go on the ends of the Cams. What "holes" are you talking about? I believe you are saying the opposite of DDog.
