Default 5 layer headgasket

ok headgasket is gone.
dcr or tk motorsports? tk is cheaper, and they sell an upgraded timing belt as well, so i'm leaning towards them.

on a side note, i'm gonna go ahead and install my 2L cams, and cam gears can i run them @ with no adjustments for awhile till i get more money to get it tuned?

sure just install them straight up, might lope a bit until you get them tuned on the dyno, and fyi both headgaskets are the same, go with the cheaper

both gaskets are damn near the same.....its not complicated to take apart 2 stock gaskets put the guts from the one in the other the rivot back together.......

i have never heard of a upgraded timing belt for the srt

2.0's are great cams........but after all that why skimp out there and why not get some like 14's?

Why not just buy a factory head gasket. Work just as good as the 5 layer and alot cheaper.

I also have never heard of an upgraded t-belt for an srt-4

Ones blue others black

Usually they use kevlar instead of nylon, but it says nothing about kevlar in that one. I bought one for my RB26 engine and I'm sure it uses kevlar in it.

Gates has always made high quality belts. Dayco and Goodyear are just cheaper in price and therefore are more common............plus being low cost the quality is not like the Gates.
