Default LETS twin turbo

How many people are gonna spend 6K plus labor to get a twin turbo kit from LET, to get into mid 11's (possibly, thats the current claim ) Seems like a total install would be $8-10K??? maybe,?? It looks awesome and turbos are the shiz, but thats alot of greenbacks imo. But I'm just crazy enough to possibly try it if it ever comes to fruition, can you spray on a twin turbo? My guess is yes, then mid 10's allday long

No, it was a test & tune, but I was warned. I am getting a 6pt roll bar measured up right now.

I've been watching the progress on Erick's car (I was at his house 2 weeks ago). I'm REALLY anxious to see how this thing runs.

I don't know if I'm willing to spend that much for twin turbos, although that would be awsome. If I was mechanically inclined and could install it myself I would think about it, but the cost of labor on top of the 5 to 6 grand is too much for me. I guess I will just stick with the factory supercharger and try to extract all she's got to give.

I'm looking forward to this build too! I'm thinking since our doghouse doesn't have as much room on the sides as the W203 chassis that a STS system would be the best bet. Should EASILY get into the 11's without nitrous.

Since I didn't see you guys over on the other forum much, check your LET water pulley. They are putting out a replacement. I think both of you have one right?

O lord, I wouldn't know my water pulley from my crank pulley from my flux capacitor pulley. I guess I'm going to cross my fingers and hope mine isn't defective. Thanks for the heads up.

I have had two pulley sets from LET the first was the 178 setup and now run the 181 setup both came with a billet water pump pulley. I was the one who installed BlueMd's it was not billet and was what looked like a typical metal product? But felt strong, I wonder if they just got a bad batch or are there gonna be many SRT6 owners broke down soon? Time will tell I suppose, I hope it ain't me in the middle of a run, that could be ugly!!!!!!!!!!

Waldig also threw off his lower LET crank pulley, he says the keyway let go.

My thoughts on crank pulleys that shake off are that they are unbalanced, you might want to check for signs of balancing on your ribbed pulley. The Harmonic balancer portion of the pulleys are appeared balanced in pictures, but from conversations with LET, I'm not positive that the entire assembly is balanced together or if the ribbed pulley was neutral balanced prior to assembly to the harmonic balancer.

You might be the only one who got a billet water pump pulley. You should post and see if anyone else did.

Blue a steeler fan would know which one is the water pump pulley. Since your not it's the only one that has 4 bolts holding it on. They are cracking right on the edge. I checked my ASP one and looks strong.
