Default Torque specs for mm & tranny mount?

I have a set of your mm's and the tranny mount and i was wondering what the torque specs were for all of the bolts. I was also wondering if i should put a little bit of lok tite on the bolts. I have seen a couple people post on the forums about the bolts backing out on them. Also, since i have the tranny mount should i remove the stock mm's and do the tranny mount first and then proceed with installing your mm's? Just a few questions I had before I went to install them. Thanks

Jeremy
