Default Throttle body installation manual 2

Remove throttle position sensor and idle motor assembly.


Install throttle position sensor and idle motor assembly on Boomba throttle body.


Mount throttle body adaptor to the intake manifold with provided screws. Before installing adaptor make sure that all sealing O-rings are seated properly in their grooves.


Install throttle body with provided screws.


Connect throttle cable and install cable bracket.


Connect air supply hose and secure it with clamp. Connect electrical plugs.


Install and secure the air filter box.


Install the box cover. Attach the air temperature connector harness. Connect the solenoid hose to the vent hose. Bolt on the solenoid assembly.
