Since my other post has mysteriously disappeared, I will ask again.


What is the warranty on the mounts ?

Here are some facts:

1. They don't answer emails
2. or PM's
3. or the threads in their own section
4. They don't have a phone number listed ANYWHERE

ZERO CONTACT

Look here: Mounts

I've been trying to contact them for over 2 months. All this because I want to have a defective motor mount replaced. I'm guessing they DO NOT want to work with me at all. If a "new" mount is sold "as-is", then just come on here and say so. You are quick to take my money, but since then it's like I don't even exist. My first thread, which had replies from other members here was deleted. I can only imagine it was done by someone from boomba racing staff.

For a company that is a "supporting" vendor here, they sure to not offer any support.

Like I said in my original thread, stay clear of this company. If you buy their products, you are on your own.

Now, boomba the ball is in your court, what are you going to do?

Why do you need a warranty on motor mounts? Just ask someone who has them on their car and how they are holding up.

OH snap, that sucks! you should get a new one or a partial refund. I emailed them way back when asking a question and they never answered. Their customer service sucks.

Edit: Found em... WOW JUST WOW.. Boomba warranty his shit.

seems as if they are going to take care of it...hopefully they will, they make some kickass stuff and I would hate to see their name go down.
their response to Pms and emails is a bit lacking though...come on Boomba, get on it, your shit is too good to let people get pissed this much over!

Boomba Racing came through with a new motor mount to replace the defective one. I would like to personally thank them for doing the proper thing. Boomba you make an excellent product and will not hesitate to recommend you in the future. The only thing you need to work on is your customer service, don't let that take away from your great products.
