Default Fuel intake nipple on Boomba rail

Does anyone know the diameter and thread size of the fuel intake nipple on the boomba rail? I need to replace mine because it keeps eating up the o-rings on my billet quick release from the AGP returnline. I guess I want to bypass the quick release with some sort of male to male AN fitting.

Thanks for looking.

Excuse my ignorance, but are these the fittings I'm looking for?

All small fittings are AN-6, all large fittings are AN-8.

I would just like to hook my AGP returnline back up to the rail rather than running a hose.

Here is what it looked like before I removed the fitting

Here is what it looks like now. The hose is a temporary fix until I can get the correct fittings.

Nothing was hard to understand. It was pointed out to me that 6AN was the zize in the 3rd or 4th post. What I was trying to figure out, is what type of fitting I was to use. I went and bought a 6AN union and hooked the AGP returnline up to it. The AGP 6AN hose end destroyed the russel threads with very little effort. Therefore, I am back to using the hose/nipple. I'll probably stay this way as it works.

Heres a part from Earls.

http://store.summitracing.com/partdetail.asp?autofilter=1∂=EAR%2D849068ERL&N=700 +0&autoview=sku

Heres another part from Earls

Holley Performance Products 90° -6 AN Male to 9/16"-24 Swivel*AT949094ERL

The difference between the two is that the black one cost's a lot less and just needs a pre-made -6AN line between it and the FP fitting when using the AGP return + if you have a black rail it blends in with things better. The blue one is a push lock type of hose = IMO its a bitch to get the hose onto the fitting but it would probably match you current setup. The black should be ordered directly from Earls as most performance places do not have this in stock and Earls has very few themselves.

Both of the above fittings go into the end of the Boomba rail, so you would be removing the Boomba supplied fuel connection fitting and replacing with a -6an o-ringed plug.

Nemo has the -6AN push fitting for hooking up to the stock feed line at the firewall (non-AGP return OR stock setup). Nemo also has a spacer for the thermostat housing to move it away from the cyl head a little in order to gain a little more clearance. I DO know that the thermostat spacer would be needed if you were using one of the aftermarket intake gasket/spacers.

Personally I would contact Nemo tell him what you want and why and then listen to what he has to say.
