Default BOV installation manual

TOOLS REQUIRED:
M10 socket wrench
M12 socket wrench
Screwdriver
Pliers

BOOMBA BOV INSTALLATION MANUAL

Loosen up the battery terminal bolts.


Remove the battery terminals and unplug battery temperature sensor.


Loosen the battery clamp and remove the battery.


Disconnect vacuum hose from the BOV and remove the ground wire.


Remove BOV bolts and remove BOV.


Assemble Boomba BOV and gasket.



Align the opening in the turbo housing with the opening in BOV, and then bolt on BOV.



Connect the vacuum line and ground wire.


Install the battery, connect the battery temperature sensor and battery terminals.
