I started a thread on 3/4/07 (Sunday) asking if they had a CC in stock. No answer. I went ahead and ordered one from their web site on 3/5/07 (Monday) and asked them, in the notes on PayPal, to contact me if there were going to be any shipping delays or if the part was not in stock. I have not heard anything about my order except an e-mail from PayPal stating that my money was sent, two minutes after sending payment. I have sent Boomba a message through the "contact us" tab on their site and sent an e-mail. Both of which were on two seperate days. It is now 3/8/07 (Thursday) and have not had a single response from Boomba Racing. Boomba Racing has high quality products but POOR customer service. If they happen to be on vacation or involved in a natural disaster, I will retract my last statement. Has anyone else had this problem with them? Is there another way to contact them?
Thanks for the input. I don't even care how long it takes to get here. It's just a replacement catch can, no big rush. I just want some sort of order confirmation. I am going to be selling this one, if I ever receive it, and do my business elsewhere. The worst customer service ever. I have never been flat out ignored. Now I see why they don't give a phone number. Oh well, lesson learned. No customer service = No repeat customer.
Okay, I just received the catch can. I'm glad I got the part and yes, shipping was fast. Great product! I still think there is room for improvement in the customer service department (like maybe, start one). So, I guess buy with confidence because they will fulfill your order. Just don't expect a response to your e-mails.
They stated before that they will not be on the forums much at all. Thats why they now have vendors sell their products as well, which before they didn't.

Not responding to post in a forum is understandable. Not responding to their "contact us" link on their own web site or their e-mail is just bad business. If they only want to sell through dealers then they shouldn't have the site. There is such a thing as an online catalog with no shopping carts with links to the dealers to purchase from. I bought a Boomba fuel rail through AMS last year and was going to do the same with this catch can. It just wasn't on the AMS web site.

Totally understandable. You got your product very quick though.
