damn that's thick. Do you know what that's made of? Looks like some of that industrial high strength plastic stuff they use on some machinery (eventhough it probably isn't)

I'm a noob to this but why do you need a gasket so thick?

wont it make the TB stick out like another 1/2 inch and throw off the coldside pipe fitment?

shouldnt too much,

the thoery behind it is that heat transfer from the head to the intake manifold heat soaks the intake manifold. this gasket prevents most of the heat from the head from heatsoaking the intake mani therefore cooler intake temps

more power

my buddie put one on his prochargedZ and it pikd up a noticable ammount

Glad to see you got one for yourself.

I'm 95 percent certain it's made out of Delrin (a Dow plastic used alot in machining due to it's "metal-like" properties).

um i ordered mine from frank @ ams, couldnt get a hold of boomba for some reason. he said its the "boomba one" and came ina box designed for the shape and carrage of thenew bolts, you would think that it needs the new bolts because they need to be longer im sure it comes with them

Yep, that's the Boomba one. Comes with the little divider in the box that holds the bag with the new bolts.
