i have an 03 srt that only has a bfmic,cai, and 3 inch 02 back exhaust. wanna sray to get some low ets and smoke some nasty v8s in town. if you were doing this how would you do it? what kit? what supporting mods? how would u tune it? ect..
Unless, you know how to rebuild engines or have lots of cash I'm not sure I would do the spray thing. I've always heard it shortens the life of your motor considerably, and that usually engine builders build a motor a certain way to accommodate NOZ. I thought the pistons have to be forged and not cast or you end up burning a hole in them.
This is just what I have heard and would be interested in hearing from a experienced person on the matter.

Nitrous is the best HP per dollar mod. With slicks, nitrous and minor bolt on's you will have the capability to run mid to low 12's A lot of it will depend on your driving ability.

srts have forged internals though right? and all these guys are spraying.. any one on here done it for very long?
im going on my second 10lb bottle worth of 35 shot's. and i didnt put my kit on the car until my very stock and very unopened had 95k. no worries
with just a DP and WGA@16psi (see sig) i went 12.8@115 granny shifting. This spring I will be running 24.5" slicks and light wheels, putting the car on more of a diet and seeing if i can get an 11
things to get to play it safe: TPS activated window/wot switch. i recommend dynotune, its what i run, and you can find them on ebay for ~100. Other ways will work, but this is the most effective and safest IMO. I always spray on race gas, no matter what size jets im running. why gamble with knock on pump? Your going to want to eventually get a walbro255, since it will do no harm down the road when more mods are introduced.
