Default pre gaped too big

okay fellas get with the program, lil homie needs help!! lol. Seriously though I bought these damn plugs and they are set to 0.52 I know I need to have them tighter but how do I tighten them up? do I buy different plugs? Is copper plugs better than these Iridiums when juicing? Ps. is a purge kit, bottle warmer and all the other bells and whistles really neccesary? What do you really need just to shut up the very limited rides out there that we cant seem to beat with minor bolt ons? C'mon peeps!

I am not sure about the part number but most people use the NGK 4306. There are colder plugs you can use, but for most people the NGK 4306 is what you need.

To the second poster: You can run nitrous without those things but it will not work as well. Read the stickies and it explains it all. As far as a bottle warmer you have to have at least 900psi or at least close to it. If you can keep your bottle at that pressure without one then you are fine, but good luck. As far as a purge you can manually purge your system. If you dont you will be losing alot of power.

If you really need me to I can go out to the garage and get the number off the box of the NGK 4306's. I always keep some extras around.

Yeah, the ones I got were the 2314's sume these are better than stck replacements but not good enough to run No2. I located set of 4306's but they too are gapped at around 0.52. Do I take a hammer to the top arm to bend it slightly to close the gap? Hook a brother up. Thanks doggie.. Nick

You just put them on a somewhat hard surface and slowly press down. It doesnt take much to bend them down so dont press hard. It is very easy. I am sure there is a more technical way to do it, but it works. Dont hit them just slowly apply pressure until you have them slightly smaller than the gap you want and then regap them.

I will get that part number for you soon.

I highly recommend that you guys read ALL of the stickie's before using nitrous. You guys were smart enough to come here and ask questions so that's a start. The margin for Error is much much smaller when using nitrous so you need 2 be armed with as much info as possible B4 u spray ur car!!! At the minimun u need.

Tps or wot switch
Bottle warmer
Window switch

You can spray without this stuff but in my opinion this will help keep ur car safe.
