ok guys heres the issue...i currently am on my stock head and bottom end but all bolt ons and im really dissappointed with my numbers...my mods are...
dcr 55mm tb
ported intake manifold
agp wga spike 17 holding about 13-14
balance shafts removed
top end oil modifier
evilcreations bfmic
catch can
cooling mist trunk mount
walbro 255lp fuel pump (not installed yet)
returnline kit (not installed yet)
and sct tuned
my best numbers were 255whp and 292 tq which i think arent very good...i didnt instsall the fuel pump and returnline because i feel my fuel is just fine as it is until i go bigger turbo etc.. but let me know if im wrong...nobody around can really tune sct and my shop needed to have a ton of support from sct just to get my car running safely with thier tune...my a/f is 11.6 and i find my car to be running a bit weak...would nitrous be a decent option until i go 50 trim next year? also what would be my biggest shot i can use and still be safe? im looking into the zex wet shot kit ...
Zex, you just fukD up. NX is the best quality kit out there, 2nd to none. If I were you, I would start small. A 75 would be pretty safe, because once you go past that you really need a 4 nozzle. I would like to do a 4 nozzle piranha on my setup. That's the plan anyways.

I got's a fuel cell......................what you got?
also the nx kits come with either a fuel adapter or the kit that you can use on the 03 fuel rail...but what if i want to connect my returnline kit eventually? do i need an aftermarket fuel rail aswell then?

For nitrous plan on the 03 rail or an aftermarket rail. You can get a tee or a gauge fitting to install just before the regulator to use for supply to the fuel solenoid if using an 03 rail and a return system, or get an aftermarket rail and tap into one of the addtional ports for supply to fuel solenoid.
DO NOT USE NITROUS until you have every thing ironed out! Get a good digital EGT gauge so you watch your readingds as you hammer it...I know about the widebands, but the good EGT gauges will record your highest numbers...a GREAT tunning tool for the track when you are too busy to look at a tiny gauge, but hit a button and there it is.
im also looking to buy a scan guage is egt built into them? im honestly not sure as ive never had a scan guage before..if not ill have to buy both...also what is a safe or good egt reading? should it vary? im not experienced with egt at all.

Pfft!
I figured it out!!! NX solnoids are not better quality than other company's they just use a bigger solnoid!!!
I was on nitro dave's nitrous outlet www.nitrousoutlet.com They sell the larger noids. matter of fact they sell about three different sizes.
Oh to the OP I have a zex kit and it works just fine
to the OP again, check out the kits at the above link. for 1100.00 you get the works!!
for the price it beats the crap out of any kit that Zex or NX currently sell
