Hunter your having the same problem as me. My system isn't spraying my car or even purging at all but when I go to purge it I can hear it clicking??... I cant really figure out what seems to be wrong with it so its up at the local performance shop now being worked on. I hope its nothing like garbage solenoids or something and hopefully just a wiring issue or something.

Ok so the purge solnoid is opening but nothing comes out? Is it a ZEX kit?
In my particular situation, the purge was working, I could hear it click and the see nitrous blowing out. My ZEX control box was not opening the solnoids. The green light was on, so when I dyno'd a assumed all was good.
All I had to to was re-program my TPS switch. It took all of 5 mins and now the nitrous is working. I did a street pull, the car spun almost all of 3rd and a bit into 4th. If your system is on a TPS switch, try re-programming it and see if that works.
What seems weird is the fact that you can hear you purge solnoid clicking open but not seeing any nitrous. That sounds like a bad line perhaps?
- Try this. close your bottle, turn the car ignition on (but not running). Now arm the nitrous system and go WOT. Did you hear the solnoids open?

I should have tried this before I took it up there this morning but no I didnt. If they cant figure it out I will for sure try that though. I thought it was a line situation too but pressure is reading on the gauge inside the car that doesnt mean the nitrous is getting to the solenoids though. I should try turning the bottle on and start unscrewing the nirtous line up front just to make sure it comes out there and its not stuck in the line or something. I know its not leaking anywhere though. And its a dynotune kit with a wot/window switch. The box is getting power when the car is on but it just reads 3 0's and every once in a while it reads 010 I believe is what it was saying?? Here is a link to exactly what I have in the car if that helps explain more.

I don't know anything about Dyno tune kits or how to set your TPS. I would assume it's very simular to how I set mine. Time for you to dig out the install manual.

Yeah guess so. They have downloadable instructions on their site but my computer has no printer at the moment, and I am completely lost when it comes to electrical or wiring problems def my weakest spot on a car is the electronics.

Tell the guys at the speed shop to look this link up.
Ok. They didnt get a chance to get to the car today so it will be going back on friday morning if I dont figure out what the problem is before then. Im going to try a few things and the thing you said to do to see if I hear the solenoids at WOT probably tomorrow when I get off of work. Hopefully I can figure it out and nothings wrong with the actual kit.
The dynotune window needs a tach adapter then it will work fine. I didnt take the time to read all the post but try a go baby button to "see" it working then get all the bugs out of the electronics.

Will the TPS portion work without the tach adaptor? TPS and window switch are two different functions, they are just rolled up into one switch.

Im pretty sure this is problem with the kit. I have a brand new tach adapter sitting inside that wasnt installed when the kit was. The reason was because the guy that was installing the kit on my car originally said that it wasnt needed because he had another way around it?? Only reason I trusted him on that is because he had it wired the exact same way on my buddys srt and it worked, however my buddy still had the tach adapter for a shift light on his car maybe thats what made the difference idk.

And perhaps your buddy is right. TPS and window switch are two completely seperate animals. TPS signal is used to activate the Solnoids. Window switch allows the user the RPM range that the system will operate. I'm guessing you buddy has by-passed the window switch portion and is using just the TPS portion.
But maybe in your particular situation the system is not activating at all due to the window switch not hooked up to a window tac adaptor.
Its just kinda funny how the car wont even purge at all. I shouldnt need a tach adaptor to just get the car to purge thats why im not sure if thats the whole problem with it.

Is your purge before or after the nitrous noid? I know NX noids have a the purge right on the niod so you get a good shot. Do you have your purge on a momentary switch? and are you sure the bottle os opening and that you line isnt cloged? You didnt use teflon tape on your system did you?
