man you dont even wanna know the story...those pics were from earlier in the day.i had it ready do fire up all cleaned up and lookin nice. then pop....crush plug on the tranny side of the block so needless to say..........oil everywhere so looks like its gonna be one more day
That's a great looking setup, congrats on the work
Couple of questions
If you have some time can you get a closeup of the nozzle in number 1 cyl intake runner, and also get a shot from directly above showing the spacing between the rail and the nozzles?
Did you use a spacer on the lower housing to move it away from the block and gain some clearance?
Did you bend the lines or did you have someone else do that. If you did that, can you give some insights on the tools and techniques used?
its a really tight fit.....the water neck for the therm had to be cut and rewelded to clear the #1 nozzle......the tubes were bent with a tool other than that its pretty basic the distribution as all one piece.

dont know if you all have seen my build thread....heres a few pics of the finished product....have to wire up the soleniods and run the lines and work out all the bugs/leaks then its all game
i hope you know that it's not just throw it on and go, temperature affects it,make very sure that the hood does not touch those lines or it will vibrate and crack the threads off of the intake and create a lean condition(been there done that). yes start small 25 horse increments. timing, timing. how will you retard timing for every 50 hp increase, what gear will you unload in and you must use a new set of plugs for every run will tuning to make sure there is no detonation(pepper specks on porcelain. it will not be the same tune at daY or night. is it a dedicated fuel system or runnig a big pump to make up for volume demand on the bottle. plz p.m. me,don't be shy, better to be safe with me than sorry with someone who doesn't understand what your doing friend.

lol dont worry buddy.....ima let nemo do the nitrous tuning....and yes ALOT OF TIMING!!!! ....i will run out of fuel before anything. plans on a dual pump setup in the works. im probably gonna go with the diablo tuner....not gonna do the sct on this one lol. it will work for the break-in but im not gonna rely on agp for tunes....not to bash kevin, his tunes are good if you can relay good info but i dont trust it AT ALL with a nitrous tune.
