I would assume not, unless you are knocking your connections loose. Rhunter will know for sure though, as he is the master of Audio and Nitrous.

Far from the master

Nutz knows nitrous.

I can pick out great components and give good advice on how and where to install them. I feel that I'm a pretty good audio tuner, but there are guys who will run circles around me when it comes to installing, you being one of those guys!

Meh, it's ok.

Actually the box was an experiment, It needs a lil more fiberglass to thicken it up and I think I cheated the sub of a lil bit of airspace. Over the winter I plan on upgrading to one 12" sub or maybe three 8" subs, depends on how lazy I get.

I'd pick one sub or the other. Why add weight to your car with a extra sub.

If the factory kicker is not giving you enough umph, you can either:

1.) Get some non hardening modeling clay (at wal-mart) and put that all around the inside walls of your factory kicker sub woofer box. You will need about 4 packs. This gets rid of resonance caused by the thin plastic enclosure.

2.) Just us the 12" sub. bigger sub = more cone area which makes for more bass.

NOS !!!!!!!

J/K, I wonder why they say bass is bad for n2o, I wouldnt think it would have any effect at all. maybe its just the fact of having all that heavy electronic equipt in the back

I run an amp, GPS, battery and n2o tank in the trunk and have never had a problem, if its just a basic setup I wouldnt worry bout it just make sure everything is strapped down good. if you are racing and serious you probibly wouldnt have any stereo equip. in the trunk any way (I rice more than race truthfully)

I don't know how serious I am about racing, but I will always have some sortof system in my cars. My car is a TRUE street car, if and when I reach my goal of consistant low 11's it will still be driven to the track (stereo playing) and driven home.

lol I used to have 2 12 inch subs in the back when im not racing sometimes and take it out when I go to the track. Bottle is always in mine and subs never effected my system but they did almost destroy it. Words of wisdom if you have a normal sub box make sure that bitch is litterally anchored down so if you get on it the 100 pound box doesnt slide into your bottle lol! other then that bass doesnt effect nitrous
