Most of the questions you ask depends on how much you want to spend and what kind of power you want to make...

Brand? It doesn't matter. So good brands are Nitrous Express, NOS, Zex, etc.
KIT? Just any Universal WET Nitrous Kit will work. I am assuming you are asking this because of the differents kits that are made. Some will say for 4 cylinders, some will say for turbochargers, some will say for dodge neon - again just get the Unizersal WET kit.
Type of Nitrous? WET NITROUS KIT!!!

Your mods are fine. Just be careful when using the SAFC. S0, what year model?

If you have the money then go direct port. If not a Single Nozzle Fogger Wet System will do the trick. Only start out with the lowest shot possible. 35 or 50 shot. I started out with a 50. No other mods are needed, but if you want to move up higher than a 50 shot I might recommend that you get a bigger fuel pump to supply the fuel demand.

i would just go ahead with a single nozzle rather than a direct port, i mean you honestly wont need the feature unless you plan on spraying like >150, heck i plan on doing a dual stage dry/wet 100 dry, 175 wet and i want to run a 2 nozzle wet kit. in the ls1 world if you dont run 250 shot or more on the stage, its pointless to run it. only advantage is the direct port is to keep from fuel from puddling in your intake, but i dont think srt4's have that problem, and even if they do you can get a window switch and set it above 3000rpm to eliminate that problem, gl getting a kit. id go with a nx/nos kit, more nx because they have lifetime warrenties on almost every part of thier kit. i would also look into a dynotune kit. personally id stay away from zex and cold fusion because of various studies and quality of parts used. of course that a whole nother can of worms that has already been unleashed, so if you want to know about that just search.
