It looks like one of three things happen, either it was NOT properly installed/adjusted from factory set at the correct clearnce (between the disc
and flywheel) A defective pressure plate assy or some binding when you release the clutch and it's partially engaged simulating you resting your foot on the clutch and causing over heating the whole assy. The dealer should replace everything including the flywheel, that should take care of it.. and remember to always use your foot rest. even the lightest pressure WILL cut clutch life to some degree!! P.S a warped flywheel can also be the culprit.
