For those of you who know about turbos.

im a turbo noob, but i was thinking...would it be possible to port out the td04 housing and use some td05 internals ( compressor wheel (16g) and turbine wheel???

As far as the turbine side goes, no you can not put that in there (CHRA will not support it with out a ton of work).

The compressor wheel, yes very easy. We have done several different wheel combos and all of them have made great power. If you need any advise feel free to ask, thanks.

So far so good, lots and lots sold and we have a "no questions asked" warranty now.
