I was told by some old guy that the SXT head can handle more boost than the SRT motor because the cylinder walls are thicker... Is this a fact or is it just bullshit. All hypothetical of course.
Just to clear up some confusion between me and a friend..
no. about the only thing better is the head might flow a little bit better. the engine is stock form might handle about 10psi max

I dont think cylinder walls are much of an issue with srt blocks and boost. usually something else goes before that.
