I just read through this entire thread and man am I tired...LOL.
Anyways, thought I would chime in cause I have a 47lbs stg3 set-up on my car.
I'm going to start this by saying that I am no expert and have not been in that many big turbo cars (50 trims, etc.) to pass any real judgement on which is better; all I can say is I am extremely happy with my ride right now.

First off the power mods;
mopar stg2 n/toys ecu
FnF 47lbs stg3 w/dcr 3inch inlet and antisurge
Realtune stg3 race mani w/external wastegate
Tial 38mm wastegate
Realtune 625cc injectors
DCR 55mm throttle body
3inch o2 housing
3inch dp
mopar cat back exhaust
dtec fcbc
agp fuel return line
qwhips bfmic
ed hardpipes (cold/hot sides)
aem cold air intake

I was at Realtune about a month ago getting tuned on the dyno and at the end of it all the car made 360whp & 388wtq.
From what I know it's a safe fairly conservative tune. I'm running about 21psi of boost and have no knock. Air/Fuels are in the high 11's; can't remember what's being pulled by the dtec but i know that there is a lot more fuel left in the injectors (running 62psi static).
there is definitely more lag then my E1 set-up but it still comes on really quick...full spool must be around 3100 - 3300.

Anyways that's my $0.02. It's probably not that much value to the OP but it's at least another car and set-up to look at for comparison sake.

not to bash on you but those numbers ant that high for what u have with just a big wheel no tune or nothing 22psi i made 387whp and 405tq with a slipping clutch and a small boost leak. and i havent even put the inectors or external gated. i say boost leak and make sure everything is on top of its game cause with those mods you should be like a 400hp

No offence taken at all!

What knock level are you seeing on your car? We tuned litterally for 0 knock and that's where we ended up. My dtec won't even register a count of knock and those things are sensitive as hell.
With another 2psi of boost and a little more aggressive tuning I was nearing 400whp and over 400wtq but the motor had a knock count of 4. I made the judgement call to back it down to an overly safe level.
Also, what is your A/F? I took the car out last night and did a couple pulls and my A/F are in the low 11's...I saw 11.2 at it's highest; I thought it was in the high 11's but i was wrong.

Thanks for the feedback and I will be boost leaking the car down again this week-end to make sure that everything is in check.
Any other suggestions? I don't want to make a crazy amount of power but a little more would be nice...keeping in mind I want to continue to tune for litteraly 0 knock.

Oh ya and I have an exhaust leak that I'm sure is hampering the performance but I'm still trying to reasearch exactly what the leak will do to performance; any suggestions?

Thanks again,

...sorry, I meant under load. At idle, my dtec flickers between 0 and 1 for knock. As soon as you start driving it goes to 0 and doesn't move from there.
