Are you guys doing your runs in 3rd to test spool? 4th will give you a more accurate spool characteristic due to the gearing. Try it from 3000 in 4th and see what you reach 20 psi at.

I will log mine tomorrow at the proper RPM for you guys. I get 20+psi by 3100rpms mashing it at about 2400-2500. If im over 3300rpms or so I get instant spool..there is no wait lol. It could be alot of things. To rich at spool-up,boost leaks,exhaust leak,your boost controller etc. And exhaust. Dont you run a small one TMP? I cant remember. All I know is if I open my cutout there is hardly NO wait time!

i know a kid that has a maxxfab SEE and its for sale its brand new and sounds amazing. hes had it on his car for literally 4 weeks. i think he wants like 380 for it or something. i dont know for sure. he lives in buffalo bet he'd bring it over to my house and you could get it from there, that would save you atleast an hour and a half of driving. then we'll do a boost leak test and get ur shit figured out.
Sounds good, I ordered my SEE July 3rd though...
Once that thing is on the car and I get it to run nice, we have to meet up at the track (before you sell your neon obviously).

The hurst shifters I have seen all have fitment issues with the pivot pin.

A) Can you change timing with your DSPs? Mine doesn't bother...
B) What about the A/Fs of the DSP. How do they correlate to your WB??
are you sure your not getting LT or ST knock? That would pull it down. IF your boost leak free you should be able to get away with 24-25* on 21psi as long as its not super hot outside.
