I see your numbers in your sig but I don't see the graph. Why were you only doing 21-22 psi on race gas? Isn't that pump gas boost? Please repost the graph cause I want to see.

Mine is just on pump so it doesn't have as high of a dyno.

Oh no mine is pump gas also with a can of octane booster in the mix. Straight 93 octane The car was moving out and has so since the kit was installed I have a REALLY good tune on it where its a solid 11.5 till 5K than 11.9/12.0 at redline which is why the graph looks just too damn good And this was kinda going back and forth with 21/22psi btw!

Can you list your mods? I was wondering a couple things:

1. Why do you have those gaps in your dyno graph?

2. Why did you make 24 more whp and 52 more ft-lbs of torque than me Maybe it was the octane booster??

Your red graph seems much more consistant with my numbers than your blue one.

Well the differences in the graphs are the red ones are with a p1188 code on and the car heatsoaked. the blue ones are with the pcm reset and the car cooled down for 35 or so minutes. Also the breaks in the graph are my shitty plugs which needed to be changed

My mods are just

AGP 44lb kit
SSAC BFMIC
3 Inch DP
Mopar catback
Check valve
AEM intake
cold side pipe with hks
DW 650's
Walbro pump
SAFC tuned to 11.5 till 5k then 11.9 12.0 at redline
No boost leaks car boost leaked tested to 25lbs

It runs REALLY good those runs where also on 21/22 lbs of boost it kinda stays between the two. I would of ran more boost but im out of fuel. Also If you look at the graph I get boost cut at 5600 or so RPMS cause of my plugs it would of made more whp is what the dyno operator said so ill fix her up and try again

Nice numbers. I'm really looking forward to getting my 44lb wheel dynoed before the end of the year.

I guess it is hard to compare different dynos, but I think I should actually be making more than you since I am at a higher boost level (23 psi) and I have a full three inch turboback exhaust. Your A/F ratios are fairly aggressive though nearing 12.0. Mine never go above 11.4. I also have an SCT flash too. Hmm. Oh well. Aaron did say he tuned it conservatively due to me having to use 91 pump gas here in Colorado (it was dynoed with 93).

ya I have heard SCT tunes run really safe... I was always told get as near to 12.0 as possiable to get the best numbers.. I dont have my knock gauge anymore since im wanting a new one with the fan mod. Thats about the only reason I have not jumped on the SCT tune bandwagon yet but would love a 100% stock feel back when im crusing around ...

Just curious, but would anyone know what is max boost I can run on race gas? I've been running 20/21psi on pump gas for now but should be getting some race gas next weekend and was just wondering so I don't over do it.

I plan to push 26/27 on mine once I get a return line with 110 in the tank

shouldn't have any problems running upwards of 28-35 lbs of boost with some 114 or C16 gas in the tank.

if anything, you want to be a little bit on the rich side as you approach redline, not leaner. the 11.5 is about spot on as far as pump gas goes, but that aint good if it is leaning out up top. leaning out down low actually helps to spool the turbo a little from the increase in heat from the combustion chamber. 12.0 afr + pump gas + 21 psi + redline=

if you were using strictly an SCT flash tune and no AFC, your computer would pull timing and/or dump fuel automatically once it senses too much knock from that lean of an AFR.

Alot of people make most of there power from a 11.9 to 12.0 afr I seen no harm in it since I have done it plenty of times most of the time with some kinda octance booster/110 octance.. Simply put it was only that lean because the 650's are maxxed I had no more fuel to give that was the most I could get out of them without a pump rewire or a returnline. I keep it much richer on the street this was just trying for the best I could get outta my set-up which worked out great for once
