The stock clutch is coming up on 56K miles and of that probably 12K miles of it was with the turbo on it. I figured it didn't slip at the track on 25psi and it's either going hold up or die on the dyno.
What did you run and what was the trap speed?

Does anyone have any dyno-numbers on the AGP Delta 40? 'Cause that's what I got, and I'd like to hear some of the better results people have gotten. I'm floating around 300tq/300whp, based on dynos taken a year ago. I know, I know--it's not that great. But, lots of fine-tuning needs to get done--for which I don't currently have the funds--soon, however, I'm hoping to hit 330ish/330ish, or more? We'll see...

not right...you shoot for the highest boost with the highest return of boost versus torque increase (this indicates you are still in the efficiency range).
23psi to 25psi (2psi increase) - saw an increase of 29wtq or about 14.5ft/lbs per psi increase.
25psi to 27psi (2 psi increase) - saw an increase of 28wtq or about 14.0 ft/lbs per psi increase.
To me, that turbo is still singing along at 27psi and making good efficient power. I would shoot for around 27 or 28.
Yea im sure it might make more over 27psi. But it is limited somewhat being only a 44lb wheel and all. I say somewhere around 27/28/29psi is the max
ya you guys are really making that turbo sing. i think it actually has more in it thought by the way the torque has increased with such a small psi change. thats actually excellent. i would say that 25-27 really is starting to see this turbo show its teeth. i bet you could rip a 11 second pass with 473 torque. torque wins drag races. not horsepower. the only thing i would worry about is kasons problem of trying to hold boost. i cant wait till i have enough money for a clutch.

i have the same boost drop issue as kason, right now im running 28-29 psi with meth and still getting tunes from nigel. He told me to leave the boost where it was at when i asked him if he wanted me to make any changes to it.

Oh he does. They know how to tune the DSP well. Aaron did mine. Once your timing starts going up you will only be able to get so much psi outta it. Hence why I cant go above 27psi and 29* of timing on 100% heet. Im sure I could get a little more on PURE meth
