Default Stage 3 delta boost question

I got done installing my AGP kit and took it out for a drive. Right now I'm running mine on stage 2 fuel and boost controll. The question I have is, is it normal for the boost to come on a little slow? It doesn't spike, it slowly raises to 15 psi and holds. Could a boost leak cause that? I never had an external waistgate before, so I'm not fully sure on how the boost is suppost to come on. My last setup was an E1 turbo with fm wga, the boost would spike real quick.

You should get full spool RIGHT away with that tiny wheel.

48lb wheel and I get 23psi by 3300

I'm starting to think I might have a boost leak then. Because when I step on the gas at 3000 rpm, there is a good 2-3 second delay before it hits full boost. And there is no spike at all.

Use an MBC it will help you spool up quicker and also check for any leaks.

I'm going to install my stage 3 pcm and fuel mods. Then see how it is on pcm controll. If I still don't like it like that, then I'll hook up my Blitz EBC I have sitting here. Thanks for the help guys.
