Default Somthins up

I'v got an 04 srt stage two with toys and a greddy profec b spec 2 as my boost controller. Well just recently somthing happened and I can only run waste gate psi like maybe 6.9 and it doesn't even hold that it will fall to like five. I'm not sure if maybe the solenoid went bad on the boost controller and if so is there a way to test those? I checked all the pipes to make sure they were tightened and nothing was wrong. Could someone help ???I'm going crazy only pushin 6 pounds of boost

Thanks Ryan

Default Boost Problem. This Is Rollin22s on a diff name

So after checking some things out we are still stumped. We checked the boost control sol. It's stll working. Checked all the vacume lines and even put them back to where they were with the stage two toys. Still only pushing 7 pounds. Took the hose off the waste gate to run open waste gate and it went to 15 pounds and we let off so I dont think it's a boost leak it has to be somthing else. There is a green wire coming off the back side of the valve cover if someone could tell me what that does that would be wonderful too cuz mine looks like it's melted. Not sure if it's important or not. Please let me know.

Thanks Ryan

Default green line

This one isn't the vacume line. This one is an electric wire that goes from like right below the back drivers side of the valve cover. Two the wire harness near the battery. Looks like maybe a ground wire or somthin like that. Not really sure. Could be a diff color on someone else's. My buddy had an o5 and he said his was red.
