Default Slower spool=less wheel spin?

Ive been trying to get an answer to this question for a while now, Ive always wondered why slower spool doesnt mean less wheel spin? So by the time you hit full spool you wouldnt be spinning your tires, or would this just break them loose again? I know it might sound like a noob question but I was just wondering, thanks.

Default

slower spools gives your tires a chance to get going before it breaks them loose...

on the other hand..if your turbo is spooling slower than someone elses chances are its bigger & badder...

the slower the spool, typically the larger the turbo...obviously theres conditions to that but thats a good one sentence answer
