quick AGP wastegate question

my stock WGA is leaking so im upgrading to AGP.
how do i make sure a used WGA isnt also going to leak?
also is it a must to get a BOP along with it?
I want to be running 18lbs and spiking 20.
Thanks.

Get an FM wga instead of the AGP. Works better and will give you the same kind of performance you are looking for. As for the BOP, no, you don't need one unless you get an aftermarket BOV.
